In 2015, I started CrossFit and got into the best shape of my life! Two years later, I became pregnant with my 3rd child. After giving birth, I was postpartum, post-surgery, and frustrated by all of my new limitations. The coaches at The Boot CF helped me to manage the unfair expectations I had of myself. Together, we set realistic goals and timelines to meet them. We found healthy ways to rebuild my athletic foundation. Most importantly, though, I learned that I don’t have to be hard on myself to get results. I can be consistent, intentional, and still get better every day! As your coach, I’m in your corner.
